Before I started my chemotherapy treatment, I had beautiful, long, thick hair. I lost every strand during treatment. After 6 months of treatment, I thought I would get my hair back. Well I did, but it wasn’t the same. It came back fine and very thin. Especially thin on top. I tried all kinds of shampoo from Nioxin, Rogaine, etc. You name it, I have tried it. My hair has grown in a bit, but I keep losing it.

When I decided to try the face products and the galvanic spa from Nu skin, I decided to try their hair loss treatment system. I figured, what did I have to lose. The hair system comes with 12 vials. See picture below.

The tranformation kit contains: ageLOG cleanser/toner, SPF 22 day moisturizer, night cream, and the heavy duty serum.  Pretty pricey, but so worth it.  If that is too much for you, you can get the ageLOC element.  This kit contains the cleanser/toner, day moisturizer, and night cream.  It only lasts for 30 days.  If you choose to receive the product monthly then there is a cost saving.  You can purchase the serum by itself if you like.

This is just a 2 or 3 step system.   First, wash your face with the cleanser/toner.  Second, rinse then apply the serum.  Third, apply the day moisturizer in the morning and the night cream at night.  If you do not wish to apply the serum, then skip the second application.

I also used the Galvanic Spa and the ageLOC skin care on my mom’s face.  Oh what an amazing difference when you use all the ageLOC system.  If you need that extra help, using the Galvanic Spa and the ageLOC skin care will give you maximium results.

What is a Galvanic Treatment?

In the past, spa and salons have used gentle galvanic currents in customized treatments to refresh and energize the skin.  These treatments, through a gentle massaging action, help to focus cellular energy and enhance circulation.

How does a Galvanic Treatment Work?

The galvanic unit uses positive and negative low current charge to absorb the treatment product deep down into the skin.  The effect of the treatment can last up to 24 hours.

How to use the Galvanic Treatment.

It is very easy to use.  First you apply the pre-treatment ageLOC gel.  This gel contains key ingrediets of marigold extract, sea kelp, and vanilla extract to help conditions, soothes, and comfor the skin.  The unit helps push the treatment deep down to the dermis level which purifies the impurities, such as excess oil and pollutants.  Apply this gel all over the face and then use the galvanic unit for 3-5 minutes on the number 1 fountain level.  This level s the negative charge and is used along with the pre-treatment gel. Once complete, clean off the face with a white towel so no residue is left.

Next step is the treatment gels which contains the ageLOC blend (to slow down free radical production and inhibits the visible signs of aging), arginine, and magnesium.  Apply this gel all over the face and then put the Galvanic unit on the second fountain level for another 3-5 minutes.  This level is a positive charge and should be used with the treatment gel. Once complete, whip off any residue that is left on the fact.

After one treatment, you will see a difference immediately.  Ideally for the first time, you can use it on half of your face to really compare the results.  You only need to do this twice a week.

If you have deep lines or wrinkles, the next step would be the NuSkin Line Corrector with the Galvanic unit.  Apply the Line Corrector on the deep lines and use the spot treatment attachment for 3-5 minutes.  You will see your lines lighten up immediately.
